Introduction

We have been commissioned by E6 global media to produce an advertising campaign for a major company. We will create a range of print media adverts, radio commercials and a television commercial with individual edits from each group member that will be put to the advertising manager to decide on the final chosen one.

Proposal

Outline of production

I am making an advertising campaign that is to advertise Subway. This shall include one of each media type (print, TV, radio). The people working on this are me, Raychel, Ashley and Michael.

Purpose of production

The purpose of my production is to make people want to buy subway sandwiches and to allow me to profit from advertisement funds.

Target audience

My target audience is mainly 13-30 year old's of both genders who like sandwiches but can also be people younger/older than that.

Cast

I am going to need to find people to be featured in the advertisements, possibly the others working on this.

Meaning

My aim is to make people spend money on Subway so i get advertisement money.

Locations

I am going to need to find a place to shoot the TV advert.

Pre-Production

tv ad synopsis: Our tv ad is how subway makes their product. At first they put on normal ingredients but then they get weird like toys and shoes. This shows how you can make your sub how ever you like. The characters are hands throwing ingredients onto the sub.

Review

We made three Subway adverts. first a print advert, second a radio advert, and third an TV ad.

Print Ad

For the print ad I made an ad that was of a subway/asteroid going towards earth with the words "Something big is coming" and the subway logo. I learned a bit more about using Photoshop, mostly the blending and making-an-image-look-like-it-is-meant-to-be-there parts. I used the advertising Technique of humour. I think this could sell the product.

Radio Ad

For the radio ad I made an ad that was Michael reading a script for a chilly bases sub. I learned some audio recording and editing skills, which were how the recording equiptment worked and how to use Reaper. I used the advertising Technique of humour. I think this could sell the product.

TV Ad

For the TV ad we made an ad that was Michael and Ashlee operating on a subway (filmed in the disabled toilet). I aided with the filming process, mostly by standing still to help focus the shot. We used the advertising Technique of humour. I think this might be able to sell the product...maybe

Technique of humour is the only one i can get to work properly.
